In her 2-part whole-body rolling workshop you will use therapy balls to target trigger points + enjoy the benefits of self-massage. Self-massage is a powerful age-old ritual used to break up muscular tension, eliminate pain, prevent injury, increase circulation, and enhance health. To deepen your trigger point therapy practice, Amanda will guide you through a head-to- toe whole-body roll out routine you can easily do at home. Along the way, she'll refine your technique, break down what's happening anatomically + tie in a bit of yogic philosophy! Join us for one day, or both!
